During your initial session, we'll discuss your main concern, medical history, lifestyle, and treatment goals. A traditional Chinese medicine assessment, including tongue and pulse diagnosis, will be carried out, and a physical examination may be performed if appropriate.

This comprehensive assessment helps identify the underlying patterns contributing to your condition and allows me to develop a personalised treatment plan. Your first acupuncture treatment will be provided during the same appointment.

Each follow-up session begins with a brief review of your progress, and your treatment will be adjusted accordingly.

Acupuncture has a cumulative effect, with each session building on the progress of the previous one. For this reason, many conditions respond best to a course of treatment rather than a single session. The number of sessions required varies depending on your condition, overall health, lifestyle factors, and treatment frequency. A typical course of treatment is around 4–6 sessions.

This package is designed for clients committed to a course of treatment, typically with regular weekly sessions.

Acupuncture works best as a cumulative treatment, where each session builds on the progress of the previous one. For this reason, a package can be a practical way to support ongoing treatment.

The package offers a reduced per-session rate compared to individual bookings (average £61 per session).

Terms & Conditions :

The package includes 5 follow-up sessions and is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

The full fee is payable by bank transfer upon booking. The package is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable. While reminders may be sent as a courtesy, it remains your responsibility to track the expiry date.

  • Cancellation or Reschedules Policy:

    At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full appointment fee. Thank you for your understanding.

    For cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice, you will receive your refund with just a £2 processing fee deducted. . Please note that packages aren’t refundable.

  • Payment methods:

    Individual sessions - card payment upon booking

    Packages - bank transfer within 48 hours of booking. Payment details will be provided in the confirmation email once you’ve booked.

  • Health insurance

    Many health insurance companies cover treatments with British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) members. Please check with your provider for their policy, as some may require a GP referral. I’m happy to provide invoices for reimbursement, but I’m unable to accept discounted insurance rates or submit claims on your behalf.
